1. Services Offered

iWeb Digital provides a range of digital services, including but not limited to:​

  • E-commerce Solutions
  • Mobile App Development
  • Cloud, DevOps & Managed IT Services
  • Custom Software Development
  • AI & Automation
  • Digital Strategy & Consulting​

The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.​

2. Project Engagement

Upon mutual agreement, a detailed proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms will be provided. A signed acceptance of the proposal and any required deposit will initiate the project.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:​

  • Provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all content provided does not infringe on any third-party rights.
  • Adhere to the agreed-upon timelines for feedback and approvals.​

4. Payment Terms

  • Fees: All fees will be detailed in the project proposal.
  • Invoicing: Invoices will be issued as per the agreed schedule.
  • Payment Due: Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.
  • Suspension of Services: We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.​

5. Revisions and Changes

The project includes a specified number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.​

6. Intellectual Property

  • Client Materials: Clients retain ownership of all materials provided to us.
  • Developed Materials: Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables. We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.​

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.​

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be provided in a professional manner. However, we do not guarantee specific results from digital marketing efforts or third-party platforms.​

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iWeb Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services.​

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.​

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.​

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New Jersey.​

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Messaging Terms and Conditions

Data Sharing:
  • Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
  • Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
